1. How can I stay updated on new book releases and products?

Any new updates on Blossom, new releases, behind-the-scenes photos, or new products on my Etsy Shop will be posted directly to my social media accounts. In the future, I plan to create a mailing list so all new updates will be in one place!

2. Do you take custom requests for stickers or illustrations?

At the moment, I'm focused on my current projects—but I'd love hearing your ideas! Feel free to reach out and I'll let you know if custom work becomes available.

3. Where can I buy your stickers?

All of my stickers (and future ceramic pieces) will ONLY be available on my Etsy Shop.

4. Can I feature your work or books on my blog or social media?

Of course! I'm honored when people want to share my work. Just send a message through the contact form/email or my social medias so we can chat about details and credit. If any of my work is used without permission or credit, or in a way that misrepresents its meaning, I may request its removal or take further action to protect my rights. I appreciate respectful sharing—it helps keep creativity safe and celebrated.

5. I sent a message—when will I hear back? 

1. If you sent a message/submission through Grace Notes I will not directly respond. These submissions will soon be displayed on this website and be posted throughout my social media accounts.

2. If you sent a message directly to my email, I should respond within 1-3 days. I keep a close eye on anything that comes into my inbox. If I haven't responded to your email within that time frame, feel free to message me again! I appreciate your patience, sometimes my creativity takes me offline for a while, but I always come back!

6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

For My Etsy: Each item is handmade and shipped with care therefore, I don't currently offer returns or exchanges. If something arrives damaged or isn't quite right, don't hesitate to reach out (with a photo showing the issue). I want to make it right!

For My Books: I am only publishing my books through B&N at the moment, you will find information on returns and exchanges there!
